Leah Star was immersed in mindfulness and meditation teachings with Thich Nhat Hanh and the monastic community in France over 25 years ago and specialises in helping others to transform suffering and align with self-empowered, physical, emotional, and spiritual optimum well-being.

Leah also specializes as a Gong and sacred sound, vibrational biofield recalibration &  attunements facilitator, earth dowser, and workshop leader. Leah has trained with the renowned harpist and sound healer Siobhan Swider of the Sound Healing Academy and renowned gong teacher Sheila Whitaker, pupil of Don Conreax. 

Leah is also a renowned psychic & healer, formerly working from Harley Street with over 25 years of experience as a workshop leader, facilitating self-empowering workshops and healings, transforming disconnecting traumas, sabotaging, ancestral, and limiting fears, beliefs, and choices. 

Leah now uses and teaches these powerful mindfulness and meditation tools in workshops and one-to-one treatments and within the Gong and sacred sound immersions, to facilitate for others to experience self-empowered clarity and healing with practical solutions to business-centred, personal conflict and health-presenting situations.

At the Open Door in Lewes Leah facilitates monthly Saturday morning group gong and sacred sound immersions from 10am to 11.30am and one-to-one/ parent & child/couple sound immersions with vibrational recalibrations also using tuning forks & mindfulness for personal conflict & health presenting situations. 

One and a half hours’ special seasonal offer is £60 per treatment. By appointment only.  

Leah also facilitates one-to-one, couple, and parent /child mindfulness and healing treatments. Helping you to transform disconnecting traumas, sabotaging ancestral and limiting fears, beliefs and choices, resolve conflict and health-presenting situations.
