The focus of these classes is to apply the methods and teachings of Spiritual Unity in a therapeutic and remedial way. If you are looking for a holistic way to help you heal, this class is for you.

Meditation, (which in Latin means to remedy), direct attunement and intimate engagement will foster a true fellowship with our ‘higher self’. The premise is, with the loving guidance and support of our spirit, we have the essential means to resolve our issues, deal with challenges and navigate life. For, we tap into our innate sense of safety, equanimity, harmony and integrity. In effect, these classes will help us to:

  • Develop an alliance and direct involvement with our spirit in everyday life.

  • Cultivate the resources that enable us to be more authentic and self-aware.

  • Come to know spiritual love, so feel comforted, held, seen and valued.

  • Clear away the blocks to our spiritual development.

  • Free ourselves from negative conditioning and beliefs.

  • Access our spiritual capacity to alleviate our personal struggles.

  • Remedy our day-to-day stress and mental-emotional distress.

  • Release past hurts and heal historic wounds through the support of our spirit.

  • Relieve our suffering and restore a sense of spiritual wholeness and wellness.

  • In effect, the aim is to let go and trust our spirit to guide, support, comfort and sustain us as our inner therapist, mentor, and healer.

‘Therapeutic Spirituality’ is the application of Chan's Spiritual Unity teachings as well as therapeutic principles. Having attended several Humanistic, Body-Centred and Transpersonal psychotherapeutic and developmental trainings, I fuse psychological and spiritual approaches into an effective synergy. The groups provide a safe space where you can relax, share and heal as well as tune into spirit.
